How relationships change and how we grow along the way has always interested me. Especially how we experience sexuality and what it does to us. And then there is the hardest and most beautiful relationship of all, the one with your own children. I live that one every day.

In 2021, after twenty years of management in international corporations, I stopped and went self-employed. First with my coaching business RelatingWise, for people who want to learn and keep developing. Shortly after that I qualified as a State-Authorized Psychotherapy Practitioner (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie).

Since then I have specialized within sexuality and relationships. My superpower is meeting people without judgment, and I need that most where things are taboo: desire and lack of desire, sexual dysfunctions, fetish and kink, BDSM, paraphilic disorders including work with sexual offenders, affairs, separations, and alternative relationship forms such as polyamory.

Privately, I am married for the second time and live with my three children in a fifty-fifty shared residence arrangement. Munich is my home, and family, friends, and work make my surroundings international. I do a lot of sport, mostly fitness and dancing, I cook plant-based, take photographs, meditate, and keep a journal. Art and music belong to that too, in exhibitions, concert halls, and jazz clubs. And most of all I like being outdoors: on the beach, in the mountains, on the move.
