Private Practice for Relationship and SexTherapy
Rate overview
My fees vary depending on the type of therapy, the duration, and the time of the session. You can find more details about my services here.
Public holidays are treated as regular weekdays. Fees apply accordingly.

Therapy services are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 4 No. 14 UStG.
Written reports and documentation
Written reports and documentation (e.g., diagnoses, statements, and correspondence for medical professionals, health insurance providers, courts, or authorities) are billed based on time spent at €45 per commenced 15 minutes.

Process and Frequency
If you are interested in my services, you are welcome to book a discovery call here — an opportunity to ask any questions and get a first personal impression.
This is followed by the first session, where we begin with anamnesis and clarification or goal setting. I will then discuss an individual treatment or action plan with you.
A weekly rhythm of sessions is preferable for the success of your therapy, especially at the beginning. Bi-weekly rhythms are also possible, depending on your availability and lifestyle. For long-term therapies, longer intervals can be chosen during the course of therapy. Please feel free to discuss this with me.
Please note that the process and duration of collaboration are very individual, depending on the topic and motivation. Therapy is a continuous process and not a one-off method.
Session Times
Sessions are offered from 8 AM to 9 PM during the week, and from 8 AM to 7 PM on weekends. The fees mentioned above apply.
Other times are available upon request. Please note that there is a maximum limit for my sessions per day.
Cancellations
This private practice operates on an appointment-only basis. Your reserved session time is dedicated exclusively to you, helping to avoid long waiting times.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, you can cancel or reschedule it up to 24 hours in advance via the booking system or by email at info@patricia-heinis.de.
If an appointment is not canceled in time, the reserved session cannot be reassigned and may result in a financial loss for the practice. I therefore reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed session fee. This is in accordance with § 615 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Payment & Invoicing
These therapy services are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 4 No. 14 UStG. An invoice will also be issued.
The fee is due upon booking. Various payment options are available to you. Please note that a transaction fee will be charged for credit card payments. Cash payment is also possible for in-person sessions
Cost Coverage
These services are not covered by statutory health insurance and are offered on a self-pay basis.
If you have supplementary or private insurance, cost coverage may be possible. Please inquire with your insurer beforehand.
You may be able to claim these services on your tax return. Please consult your tax advisor for further information.
