Before I became a therapist, I spent years inside large corporations – marketing, controlling, procurement. I know budget rounds, project kickoffs, and the kind of meeting where everyone nods and everyone walks away with a different understanding. Today I work as a State-Authorized Psychotherapy Practitioner (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) with individuals and couples on the very things that keep going wrong in companies too: clarifying expectations, naming boundaries, handling power deliberately, parting well.
Consensual Leadership grew out of these two worlds: talks and workshops that translate the communication craft of my therapeutic work into everyday business. A wink in the title, very concrete tools underneath.
Consensual Leadership – the keynote
What leadership can learn from the most explicit negotiation culture in the world: clarifying the brief before the work starts, stop signals that carry no penalty, consent as an ongoing process rather than a one-time signature, and a fixed place for the aftermath. 60 to 90 minutes, for leadership events, offsites and conferences. In English or German.
Workshops
- Negotiating boundaries – saying no, clarifying workload and availability without damaging the working relationship.
- The art of parting – offboarding, team dissolutions and project endings designed so people leave well. Companies separate all the time; few do it well.
- Relationship skills as a benefit – a format for your employees personally: communication at home, learning to argue, handling life transitions.
