Private Practice for Relationship and Sexual Therapy

Relationships, sexuality, the psyche. In Munich and online.

Relationship Therapy

Relationships show us a lot about ourselves. Together we work on the things that stand between you or slow down your dynamic with others. The work pays off even without a current partner: you get to know yourself better and step prepared into whatever comes next.

Sexual Therapy

Sexuality is a fantastically complex field, and it can't be sorted out in the head alone. So I work on three levels: mind, emotions, and body. Always in tune with you.

General Psychotherapy

The psyche is rarely simple, and some things don't resolve on their own. Together we find the approach that fits you – with anxiety, depression, exhaustion, or patterns that keep repeating.

Welcome

Patricia Heinis – Private Practice for Relationship and Sexual Therapy

I’m a psychotherapy practitioner (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) and work with people on relationships, sexuality, and everything else psychotherapy can help with.

I bring empathy, openness, and presence. What I don’t bring is a verdict on your life, your relationship model, or your sexuality.

You can book your appointment online, and we meet at my practice in Munich or via video, from wherever you are – in English or in German. Maybe you recognize yourself in one of these:

My Areas of Therapy

What you can come to me with.

A person lying curled up and dressed on a bed with white linen.

Sexual Therapy

Modern, open-minded sexuality is characterized by openness, acceptance, and a willingness to explore and evolve your own sexuality.

I offer support with, among others:

Two people sitting apart on a sofa, turned away from one another. One is twisting a ring on their finger.

Relationship Therapy

The individual and the relationship with yourself come first. From there, healthy and fulfilling relationships with others can develop.

I offer support with, among others:

A person sitting on a chair by the window with their knees drawn up, looking outside.

Psychotherapy

Problems and anxieties can take hold and make life feel heavy and complicated.

I offer support with, among others:

My Specialties

Topics that often get little room elsewhere. With me, they belong.

Kink, BDSM & Fetish

Whatever you bring, you won’t need to explain or justify it here. Kink, BDSM, and fetish are part of the normal spectrum for me.

Polyamory & Open Relationships

Your relationship model is not on trial here. I work with open and polyamorous relationships without questioning them.

Sexual Offenses

I work with people who have come into conflict in the context of sexual offenses – and with those affected. A topic with hardly any places to turn. Here it has room.

“Your support and guidance during one of the most difficult times in our lives helped us give our marriage a second chance. Our conversations with you enabled us to develop a deeper understanding of one another, seek clarifying conversations more often again, and approach each other with greater mindfulness. Thank you for your empathetic and thoughtful way of working.”
― Anita & Markus

Professional support with empathy

I’m a state-authorized psychotherapy practitioner under the German Heilpraktiker Act and specialize in relationship and sexual therapy, with further training in these and neighboring fields. That’s my foundation.

What matters more to me is who I’m meeting. What’s your story? What scares you, what do you need? Where do you need clarity, and where simply someone who has your back?

Crying is allowed here, and so is laughing. Humor is part of it, compassion too. As light as possible, as heavy as necessary.

How it works

  1. Free intro call. You book online, we meet via video. I answer all of your questions, and you get a first impression of me.
  2. First session. I explain what is important in the work I do. Together, we agree on what the outcome of these sessions should be for you, and then we start with an initial anamnesis.
  3. Regular sessions. Usually weekly or biweekly, depending on your topics, urgency, and availability. Conditions are on the fees page.
“I know Patricia Heinis personally through her participation in my professional training courses at AKST. She is a highly empathetic and capable therapist.”
