Private Practice for Relationship and Sex Therapy
As seen on: Stranger Sins (RTL+)
Relationship Therapy
Relationships show us a lot about ourselves. Together we work on what stands between you and others or slows down your dynamic with them. The work pays off even without a current partner: you get to know yourself better and go into whatever comes next better prepared.
Sex Therapy
Sexuality is a fantastically complex field, and it can't be sorted out in the head alone. So I work on three levels: mind, emotions, and body. Always in tune with you.
General Psychotherapy
The psyche is rarely simple, and some things don't resolve on their own. Together we find the approach that fits you, for anxiety, depression, exhaustion, or patterns that keep repeating.
Welcome
Patricia Heinis: Private Practice for Relationship and Sex Therapy
I’m a psychotherapy practitioner (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) and work with people on relationships, sexuality, and everything else psychotherapy can help with.
I bring empathy, openness, and presence. What I don’t bring is a verdict on your life, your relationship model, or your sexuality.
You can book your appointment online, and we meet at my practice in Munich or via video, from wherever you are, in English or in German. Maybe you recognise yourself in one of these:
- Individuals and people in relationships facing challenges in their changing relationship and dating lives: communication, sexuality, polyamory.
- Going through a crisis such as separation, infidelity, or illness.
- Living out your sexuality and relationships: kink, BDSM, fetish, open relationships, polyamory.
- Facing sexual challenges, such as concerns around pornography use, desire, or erectile and orgasm difficulties.
- Young adults and adolescents exploring their path toward healthy relationships and sexuality.
- Expectant parents and their families in times of change.
Another focus of my work is sexual offenses. I support people who have been affected by them, including with the trauma that can follow, and I work with people who have come into conflict with the law in connection with sexual offences, or who are worried about their own impulses, both to prevent harm and to work through what has happened.

My Specialties
Topics that often get little room. Here, they have a place.
Kink, BDSM & Fetish
Whatever you bring, you won’t need to explain or justify it here. To me, kink, BDSM, and fetish are part of the spectrum of human sexuality.
Polyamory & Open Relationships
Your relationship model is not on trial here. I work with open and polyamorous relationships without questioning them.
Sexual Offenses
I work with people who have come into conflict with the law in connection with sexual offences, or who are worried about their own impulses, and with those affected. With this topic there are hardly any places to turn, and here it has room.
Therapy after Sexual Violence
After an assault, even if it was long ago. At your pace, without having to go into detail.
Professional support with empathy
My authorisation is under the German Heilpraktiker Act and is limited to psychotherapy, which means naturopathic treatment is not part of it. I specialise in relationship and sex therapy, with further training in these and neighboring fields. That’s my foundation.
What matters more to me is who I’m meeting. What’s your story? What scares you, what do you need? Where do you need clarity, and where simply someone who has your back?
Crying is allowed here, and so is laughing. Humor is part of it, compassion too. As light as possible, as heavy as necessary.
How it works
- Free discovery call. You book online, we meet via video. I answer all of your questions, and you get a first impression of me.
- First session. I explain what is important in the work I do. We agree on what the outcome of these sessions should be for you, and then we look at your history together.
- Regular sessions. Usually weekly or every two weeks, depending on your topics, urgency, and availability. Conditions are on the fees page.
